Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Data Entry Keyer to work on a full-time basis. The role involves accurately transcribing and inputting data from various sources into designated systems while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter data from paper or digital formats into computer databases, spreadsheets, or other systems with high accuracy and efficiency.• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correct any identified discrepancies.• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.• Maintain updated records and ensure data is organized and securely stored.• Perform regular backups to prevent data loss and comply with data retention policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.• Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free data entry.• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet software.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.• Basic understanding of data privacy and security protocols.
