Customer Service - Order Department
Pay: $15.50 Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Dunmore, PA
Responsibilities:
Answer telephone calls and provide helpful support to our customers. Enter orders into the various order management systems Account maintenance, such as account setup, account updates, address changes, etc. Participate in discussions regarding improving National Book's operating procedures. Will to take on additional assignment during slower times Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
