About the role

To support go-to-market leaders in making informed decisions, the full-time remote Staff Analyst will analyze complex data, build dashboards, and identify opportunities for operational improvements across Sales and Customer Success teams. Key responsibilities Partner with GTM leaders to frame business questions and translate findings into actionable recommendations Build and maintain dashboards and analytical workflows to provide performance visibility across customer-facing teams Analyze trends in pipeline health, segmentation, and productivity to identify growth opportunities and improve resource allocation Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy & operations, or revenue operations supporting go-to-market teams Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis and reporting Strong experience in building dashboards and analytical models that influence business decisions Demonstrated success in supporting Sales, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations in a fast-paced technology environment Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data trends to operational outcomes
