Location: Cedar Rapids, IA Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday Saturday

Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check Previous service advisor or customer-facing experience preferred

What You'll Do: Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism and care Manage the full customer experience throughout the service process Coordinate with technicians to assign and schedule repair orders Present and sell recommended maintenance and service work Provide timely updates and communicate clearly with customers in person and over the phone Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation Support a smooth, efficient, and productive service department workflow
