About the role
PRODUCTION MANAGER / HEAD BAKERSALARY | PERFORMANCE BONUS / 4AM - 2PM / LEAD THE BAKE FROM THE FIRST MIX TO DELIVERYWe're adding a commercial baking component to our operations at The Lake of the Ozarks and we need someone who owns the entire production floor from day one. This isn't a one-man artisan shop. This is production. You'll purchase inventory, review orders, build the bake schedule, assign the crew, monitor dough from mix to proof to the oven, and make sure every product ships on time and meets spec. You're on the floor, not in an office. When the dough's wrong, you fix it. When the crew needs direction, you lead. When product leaves the building, it's right because you made it right. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
