You will review and audit denials, craft appeal strategies, and collaborate with Clinical Validation RNs and revenue cycle teams to improve coding accuracy and reduce denials. The role requires extensive inpatient and outpatient coding knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
