The ideal candidate is an organized leader who can oversee the successful execution of our projects from mobilization through final completion. This role is field-focused and requires a hands-on leader who is committed to maintaining exceptional quality, organization, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the construction process. This individual serves as the primary leader on the project, coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders while maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.Project Management & ExecutionManage all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through final completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.Coordinate daily activities with Superintendent, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.Anticipate and proactively resolve field challenges to keep projects moving forward.Subcontractor & Team ManagementLead and coordinate subcontractors to maintain productivity, accountability, and quality.Build and maintain strong working relationships with trade partners.Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, upcoming work, and project expectations.Client & Stakeholder CommunicationMaintain professional relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and brokers throughout the construction process.Foster positive relationships with neighboring property owners and the surrounding community by ensuring projects are managed respectfully and professionally.Provide consistent project updates and facilitate clear communication among all project stakeholders.Site Management & Quality ControlMaintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and well-managed jobsite that reflects the standards of a luxury home builder.Oversee quality control throughout every phase of construction.Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.Ensure all materials, equipment, and site logistics are managed efficiently.Safety & ComplianceImplement and enforce company safety policies and jobsite-specific safety plans.Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability among all project personnel.Maintain complete and accurate project documentation related to safety, inspections, and compliance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience managing ground-up luxury residential construction projects is required.Proven experience delivering residential construction from site mobilization through final completion, including an understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, building systems, and luxury finishes.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to effectively manage subcontractors, schedules, and project priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.OSHA certification is preferred.The Ideal CandidateYou are a hands-on construction professional who leads by example and takes pride in delivering exceptional homes.
