About the role

VersiTech is seeking a Relationship Manager to enhance client relationships across the Bold Integrated Payments and Tonic POS Software partnerships. The role focuses on improving the client experience, managing day-to-day requests, and collaborating with Client Services, Finance, and Direct Sales to drive retention and revenue. You will report to the Manager of Relationship Management and act as a trusted advisor to Associates, ensuring proactive engagement and growth with both Bold and Tonic
