Located about 20 miles northwest of downtown Fort Worth, Texas Health Azle provides numerous services, including emergency medicine, surgical care, cardiology, wound care, pain management, radiology, rehabilitation services and an adult intensive care unit. Qualifications:
Education Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or Associate's Degree Nursing Req Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req Experience 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Req 2 Years Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Pref Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Upon Hire Req And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req And CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req And NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program Upon Hire Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
