About the role
Job Description:
Job Description AC Wizard is hiring. We are a smaller family owned residential service company and we are in the process of growing. We are looking for loyal, highly motivated individuals to join our team. This is a full time position with the opportunity for advancement to management. We will need to have a field supervisor soon and would prefer that person to come from within the company. We do 75% home warranty service, 25% retail residential service. So, customer service skills are at the top of the list for our team. We have multiple spots available and we are willing to train the right individuals, so experience is not a must but preferred. We offer a matching 401K retirement plan, paid vacation, paid training, uniforms, company vehicle, tool accounts, and a strong team environment. We are all equal and we help each other succeed as a team. We do require you to have a clean driving record(our insurance is strict on this), be able to pass a drug screening(again, due to insurance), be able to be on call(our on call is very easy), and have your TDLR registration and EPA Universal card. If you think you would be a great fit with our team, please apply with a copy of your resume and we will contact you for an interview. Please don't waste your time or ours if you don't plan on showing up for the interview. I'm sure you value your time as much as I do mine, so that would be appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you! Thanks for taking the time to consider us. -AK Kuture, Owner Company Description We are a small sized residential HVAC company. We treat our customers the way we would like to be treated.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
