About the role
Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital seeks a Director of Patient & Family Experience to champion compassionate, family-centered care across the pediatric journey. You will shape culture, lead Patient Experience, Child Life Services, and Family Advisory Councils, and drive improvements using data and coaching.
The role partners with clinical and operational leaders to embed family voices in care, develop targeted strategies, and support emotional and psychosocial well‑being of patients and families.
