New York CityIn person Attention's mission is to make every company reach its full revenue potential. We're looking for exceptional former consultants from McKinsey, BCG, or Bainto own value creation for some of our most important customers. As the team grows, you'll have the opportunity tobuild and potentially lead the Value Creation organization. As a Value Creation Lead, your job is simple:make our customers materially more successful, and prove it. You'll work directly with CROs, Sales & RevOps leaders, and other senior executives to understand how their revenue organizations operate, identify the highest-value problems AI can solve, and work with our product and engineering teams to turn those opportunities into reality. You'll also work directly with – and report to –Attention's founders and C-suite, with significant exposure to how we build the company, product, and customer strategy.
What you'll do: You'll work with our strategic customers from problem identification through measurable impact. Find the value. Get deeply inside the customer's business. Understand their economics, workflows, organization, and biggest constraints. Identify where Attention can create the most value. Build the solution. Translate business problems into concrete AI solutions. Work directly with our product and engineering teams to deploy them. Drive the change. Get executives, managers, and frontline teams aligned. Make sure what we build actually changes how the organization operates. Measure the impact. Establish baselines, define success metrics, and quantify the value Attention creates. You should always be able to answer: What have we changed, and what is it worth? Build the systems to measure it. Don't accept that the data or tooling you need doesn't exist. You'll build internal tools, dashboards, analyses, and systems that help us understand customer outcomes, measure ROI, and identify where we can create more value. Over time, you'll help turn this into a repeatable value-creation system across Attention's entire customer base. Find the next opportunity. Once something works, figure out how to make it bigger. What changed in the way their businesses operate because of your work? How much larger did the relationship become because you proved that value? What new opportunities did you uncover? What tools and systems did you build that made Attention better at creating and measuring customer value? What did Attention build because of something you discovered in the field? Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
