About the role

Senior Producer The Senior Producer is responsible for working directly with the Senior Lead Producer on the strategy, planning, and deployment of messaging initiatives, including email, in-app, and push notifications, directly supporting our clients' objectives. This role acts as the steward of messaging programs, ensuring that creative work is thoughtfully planned, expertly executed, and delivered with a high level of quality. The Senior Producer serves as a primary point of contact between clients, creative teams, and external partners. They are responsible for ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged and that projects move smoothly from initial briefing through production to final delivery. These projects are constantly evolving, requiring the producer to be flexible, identify risks early, and anticipate the downstream implications of changes. They must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Producer combines strategic project leadership with exceptional communication, risk management, and client relationship skills. As a subject matter expert, they are expected to develop a deep understanding of how the work comes together, from creative ideation through technical delivery specifications. They are accountable for managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining visibility into priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from briefing through production and final delivery. Manage complex creative workflows by prioritizing tasks and monitoring progress across design, copy, and localization teams. Ensure alignment between strategy, client expectations, and production execution throughout every phase of the project. Maintain detailed project documentation, including production schedules, status reports, and briefing materials across Airtable, Figma, and copy documentation. Foster over-communication by recapping conversations, documenting decisions, following up on action items, and ensuring stakeholders are informed of updates in a timely manner. Identify production risks, delays, and dependencies early; develop proactive solutions and flag blockers before they impact delivery. Anticipate the downstream implications of changes to scope, timelines, priorities, or requirements and adjust project plans accordingly. Conduct rigorous QC/QA reviews to ensure deliverables meet creative standards, technical specifications, and brand voice guidelines. Demonstrate exceptional meeting preparedness by coming equipped with clear objectives, relevant context, and actionable next steps. Manage internal teams and external partners to maximize efficiency, resolve challenges, and ensure all commitments are met on schedule. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and creative partners through clear communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
