In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities: Build and configure 3D assets and environments in simulation platforms (Isaac Sim, Gazebo, MuJoCo, or similar)Translate real-world objects and instruments into simulation, matching geometry, scale, material, and physical behavior Collaborate with scientists and subject-matter experts to validate accuracy of simulated environments Tune physical parameters (mass, friction, collision properties, joint dynamics) so simulated objects behave like their real counterparts Troubleshoot discrepancies between simulated and real-world behavior
Qualifications: Hands-on experience with at least one robotics/physics simulation platform (Isaac Sim, Gazebo, MuJoCo, Unity, Unreal, PyBullet, etc.)Background in 3D modeling, CAD, or environment design Understanding of physics simulation (rigid body dynamics, materials, sensors)Strong collaboration skills working with scientific/technical stakeholders Attention to detail in matching real-world fidelity

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
