About the role

Camp Burgess & Hayward is seeking an Outdoor Education Director to manage its rental program for school groups from Fall to Spring. The role includes booking, delivering high-quality experiences, and hiring and supervising 10–15 seasonal staff, coordinating with food service, facilities, and retreat operations to meet goals. This is a full-time, year-round position with on-site housing provided, plus opportunities to develop new programs and marketing efforts.
