Position: Office Specialist Location: Norfolk, VA Pay: $23/hour Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm HireOne Staffing is seeking an Office Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Handle routine switchboard and telephone receptionist duties. Provide general telephone and program information to callers and staff. File documents and maintain the central filing system (CFS). Performs routine mail processing and delivery duties. Arrange and prepare pickup of packages for next-day delivery. Utilize computerized scanning, filing, and distribution systems. Assist with all other administrative detail work. Position Requirements Knowledge of telephone receptionist procedures. Comprehensive knowledge of mail distribution systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to exercise independent judgment in the performance of routine operational activities.
