Welder Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 22.50 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available All Shifts Available Perform bead welding and spot welding on metal components according to work instructions and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings. Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect welded parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy. Use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges.
Welder Qualifications:
Experience with resistance spot welding and MIG welding, Previous welding, manufacturing, or metal fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
