About the role
- Under the direction of Manager, support with daily activity of Spa Operation
- Contribute towards the sales goals of the spa by increasing product and service sales
- Provide superior customer service to all members, prospects and guests
- Maintain cleanliness and esthetic appeal of The SpaAble to work opening/closing shifts, work 5 days at 6 hour shifts (30 hours a week) minimum
- Assists day-to-day staffing and basic member issues relating to SpaAnswer emails, phone calls and voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Create and maintain professional business relationships with members and Spa guests
- Assist with managing, maintaining, and restocking of Spa inventory
- Assist with training and onboarding for new staff members
- Help create and manage staff schedules for Spa department
- Help run outreach events and programs within club to promote performance results
- Professionally and courteously communicate daily with Maintenance staff regarding Spa cleanliness
- Appropriately enforce policies and escalate to Spa Manager when required
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Must possess a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License
- Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skillsMust enjoy working with people with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and money handling skills
- Computer skillsMust be a team player
