We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable stepping outside the traditional "classroom" setting to support students in dynamic, non-traditional environments.
Key Responsibilities: Targeted Support: Assisting teachers and students to improve academic achievement in a variety of school settings. Student Empowerment: Working directly with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and foundational skills. Foundational Success: Providing the extra boost students need to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Qualifications
Education: Associate's degree, two years of college (approx. 48 credits), or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Working with elementary school aged children is preferred.
