This role is location critical to our Fairfield, OH Headquarters. The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to: answer and transfer incoming calls from external and internal callers register incoming visitors and provide them with badges make announcements over the loudspeaker as requested by Human Resources and Corporate Communications assign temporary internet access to guests on an as-needed basis provide a professional and welcoming experience for callers and visitors maintain accurate visitor records and follow established security procedures direct inquiries to the appropriate department or associate work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient switchboard operations perform other administrative duties as assigned work the following schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. Be equipped with: excellent verbal and written communication skills strong, clear, and confident voice tone ability to recognize key words and phrases and direct calls efficiently strong problem-solving skills and ability to relay pertinent information ability to work closely within a team setting strong recall and memory skills motivation to meet and exceed corporate and personal goals customer-focused mindset ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment strong organization and time management skills ability to think outside the box ability to work collaboratively and independently proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Teams.
