About the role

My client is delivering a $17M-$18M solar project at Saddleback College, with approximately 11 months remaining. The project scope includes trenching, underground utility work, cable pulling, and solar carport installation. DSA experience is required for this position. While electrical or solar experience would be advantageous, it is not essential. The client is open to strong PMs with a solid DSA project background who can manage schedule, budget, subcontractors, and project execution. The added attraction is that upon completion, there is a pipeline of $40M-$50M projects to transition onto, offering excellent long-term opportunity. Paying a total package up to c $200,000, to be considered for this position you MUST have DSA Construction experience

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
