About the role
The Keller Group is supporting our Scottsdale-based boutique real estate client in their search for an Acquisitions Coordinator to support the sourcing and research of new commercial and multifamily investment opportunities. This is an important role for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, working with people, and taking ownership of meaningful responsibilities that keep the acquisitions pipeline moving smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Source and research new commercial and multifamily acquisition opportunities, including identifying target properties, markets and off-market leads. Cold call bankers, brokers and other industry contacts to source potential deals and build relationships that support the acquisitions pipeline. Conduct market research and gather property data, including comps, ownership information, financials, rent rolls and other relevant details to support deal evaluation. Coordinate due diligence needs by obtaining and organizing property records, leases, title reports and third-party reports as deals progress. Manage acquisition-related documentation and support broader company administration.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily real estate acquisitions, sales, market research, transaction coordination, real estate operations or a related field preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deals simultaneously. Strong communication skills with the ability to work professionally with brokers, sellers, vendors, lenders and leadership. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership. Persistent and proactive with excellent follow-through, particularly under deal timelines. Comfortable learning new software and identifying opportunities to improve processes. Dependable, trustworthy and committed to producing high-quality work. Degree preferred but not required; experience, judgment and initiative are highly valued.
