About the role
- Lead full client engagements from kickoff through final delivery
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and set priorities for the team
- Own the overall storyline and executive narrative, turning analysis into clear recommendations
- Lead and coach teams of analysts and consultants, providing direction, feedback, and development
- Present findings and recommendations to senior client executives
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope of existing engagements and contribute to business development efforts
- Work across a range of TMT strategy and due diligence engagements
- Adapt your approach as client needs evolve, including identifying important questions beyond the original scope of the assignment
- What We're Looking For8–10 years of relevant strategy consulting experience, often including an MBA and 4+ years of experience following the MBADemonstrated experience running full consulting engagements, rather than only individual workstreams
- Experience serving as a day-to-day client lead
- Strong experience leading and developing analysts and consultants
- Demonstrated ability to build an executive-level storyline and communicate recommendations clearly
- Strong structured problem-solving and quantitative skills
- Experience developing hypotheses and reframing client questions when the original scope does not address the most important issue
- Experience intelecommunications, media, technology.
- Experience with strategy, due diligence, go-to-market, growth strategy, market analysis, or related strategic work
- Experience extending client engagements or contributing to business development is a plusMBA is a plus, but not required
- Must be Authorized to work in the USThe Work
