Multi-Site Plant Manager – Blow Molding We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Plant Manager to lead operations across multiple blow molding manufacturing facilities. This position will be responsible for overall plant performance, developing strong leadership teams, driving continuous improvement, and supporting strong customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. Drive improvements in productivity, OEE, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery. Develop plant leadership teams and hold accountable to operational and financial goals. Provide technical and operational leadership in blow molding processes and equipment. Lead Lean/continuous improvement initiatives and standardize best practices across facilities. Oversee maintenance, capital projects, equipment reliability, and capacity expansion. Manage plant budgets and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and employee development.
Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience. Strong experience in plastics manufacturing and blow molding. Multi-site manufacturing management experience strongly preferred. Proven track record improving plant productivity, quality, and profitability. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred. Competitive compensation, bonus, and benefits package.
