About the role

Bus Monitor Hebron Public Schools is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to monitor students on the bus Monday through Friday, approximately one hour in the morning and afternoon. The bus monitor rides the bus, supporting students' needs and ensuring the safety to and from school. Candidates are required to undergo a background check and submit a current letter of reference.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 years of study of an institution of higher education or Associate's Degree (or higher) or/and completed ParaPro Assessment
  • Prior experience working with students with special needs strongly desired
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
