Sell and Build Supply Chain Programs That Last Sensible Micro is seeking a Director of Strategic Programs to grow revenue through long-term customer supply chain programs. You'll find and close new program opportunities, lead them through launch, and grow them over time. This role is ideal for a commercial leader who has sold solutions, not just parts, and can see them through to execution. Our Programs Inventory Buy-Back + Excess Management Vendor Consolidation3PL Services Stocking Programs + Vendor-Managed Inventory Logistics + Order Fulfillment Authorized Manufacturer LinesWhat You'll DoBuild a pipeline of new program opportunities with OEMs and contract manufacturers, and close new business. Structure programs that deliver value for customers and profitable growth for Sensible Micro. Lead launches across sales, supply chain, operations, quality, and finance. Run business reviews and expand programs with existing customers. Serve as the company's subject matter expert on strategic programs. How Success Will Be Measured New program revenue and gross profit Successful, on-time program launches Customer retention and program growth What You Bring 8+ years in electronic components, distribution, or supply chain services A proven record of selling and closing multi-year supply programs Established relationships with OEM and contract manufacturing supply chain leaders Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills Aerospace and defense experience a plus Why Join Sensible Micro?
