About the role
Job Description:
Job Description AV Mechanical LLC prides itself on being a leader in the Plumbing industry. Since our inception our mandate has been to exceed our clients' expectations and provide an unmatched level of knowledge, quality and customer service. Even more importantly, we pride ourselves on being good people. Our clients and our employees know that we have built a company culture predicated on positive attitude, a team mentality, accountability, and hard work never going unnoticed. We have spent the last 12 years building that reputation in Toronto, Canada and have now been doing the same for over a year in South Florida. We are offering a great opportunity to any Plumber interested in joining a young and up-and-coming organization. If you are interested in joining our team, send us a message telling us why you believe you would be a good fit. Rate will be dependent on your level of experience.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
