What Were Looking For ? Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience building and engineering exceptional user interfaces. ? React Mastery: Experience building applications with a strong grasp of data structures, best practices, scalable patterns, algorithms, and web performance optimization. ? Design Intuition: Strong understanding of user experience and visual design principles. ? Technical Leadership: Experience leading frontend initiatives, making architectural decisions, bridging the gap between FE and existing BE systems, and mentoring team members. ? Backend Experience: Comfort working with Python, Django, and FastAPI, with the ability to build and interact with APIs effectively. Proven track record of contributing to python projects in a professional capacity. ?
