If you enjoy solving problems, embracing new technology, and making a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment, this opportunity offers significant long-term career potential.This Role OffersOpportunity to work directly alongside an entrepreneurial executive with high visibility and meaningful influence.Fast-paced, collaborative culture where initiative and creative problem solving are valued.Exposure to business operations, marketing initiatives, process improvement, and emerging AI technologies.Opportunity to continuously expand your skills while supporting a growing organization.Performance-based bonus opportunities.FocusServe as the primary executive support resource, helping manage priorities, communications, and day-to-day operational activities.Partner closely with leadership to transform ideas into organized plans, actionable deliverables, and completed projects.Utilize Claude AI and other productivity tools to draft, refine, and iterate on business content, marketing materials, research, and operational documentation.Continuously improve AI prompts and workflows to produce increasingly effective business results.Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while adjusting to shifting priorities throughout the day.Draft professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documentation with exceptional attention to quality and detail.Conduct independent research and provide thoughtful recommendations to support executive decision making.Assist with CRM updates, process documentation, marketing initiatives, and administrative projects across multiple business functions.Identify opportunities to improve systems, increase efficiency, and reduce administrative burden.Anticipate executive needs, proactively resolve issues, and maintain excellent follow through on delegated responsibilities.Skill SetExecutive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Operations, Business Analyst, or similar professional experience.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable using AI tools, particularly Claude, including prompt refinement and iterative workflows.Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.Self-starter who requires minimal supervision and consistently exercises sound judgment.Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to changing business needs.Experience supporting executives or leadership teams is highly desirable.Experience with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or related productivity tools is preferred.Professional, collaborative attitude with a strong commitment to helping the team succeed.About Blue Signal:Blue Signal is an award-winning, executive search firm specializing in various specialties.
