About the role

Bowman seeks an experienced Title Abstractor III to join our team remotely. You will conduct advanced right-of-way and title research to support infrastructure projects, identify ownership interests and encumbrances, and prepare accurate title documentation for acquisitions and easements. You will serve as a technical resource to project teams and mentor junior staff.

Requirements include: 5+ years in title abstracting, familiarity with multi-jurisdictional research, and state certifications
