Job Title: Epic Cupid Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (EST)
Duration: 6+ Months Eligibility: USC, GC, GC-EAD, TN only on W2
Job Description:
Epic Cupid certification. Minimum 5 years Epic Cupid build experience. Demonstrated experience leading or supporting Epic implementation, acquisition, conversion, or large-scale rebuild projects. Experience rebuilding departments, facilities, provider records, and workflow components rather than maintenance-only support. Experience supporting integrated testing, workflow validation, dress rehearsals, cutover, and go-live activities. Experience working directly with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. Strongly Preferred Cupid Ambulatory experience. Cardiology procedural workflow expertise. Experience with Epic-to-Epic acquisitions or Joint Venture transitions. Prior consulting experience in large integrated health systems. Experience in environments with multiple hospitals and ambulatory clinics. Previous Advent Health experience. Preferred Third-Party Application Experience Experience with one or more of the following: Epiphany Scott CareGE Mac-Lab Xper Merge Hemo Pace MateQSightAGFA EIECG management platforms Cardiology interfaces and integrated testing workflow Epic Cupid Rebuild Rebuild and validate existing Rocky Mountain Cupid foundations. Reconfigure existing Cupid workflows within the new facility structure. Build and validate new department records. Configure new facility and revenue-location relationships. Support provider, resource, and procedure build activities. Testing and Validation Unit testing. Integrated testing. End-to-end workflow validation. Defect remediation. Dress rehearsal participation. Cutover support. Integration Support Assess third-party cardiology applications and interfaces. Coordinate interface rebuild and testing activities. Validate downstream integrations. Support interface issue resolution. Project Collaboration Participate in project workgroups and status meetings. Partner with Facility Structure, Ambulatory, Revenue Cycle, Clinical Informatics, and Integration teams. Provide build documentation and knowledge transfer. Support project leadership with risk identification and mitigation planning. Go-Live and Stabilization Participate in go-live readiness activities. Support command-center operations. Resolve production issues during stabilization. Provide transition documentation to operational support teams. The consultant shall provide: Completed Cupid application build. Testing documentation. Build documentation and design decisions. Integration validation results. Issue tracking and resolution documentation. Go-live support. Knowledge-transfer sessions. Stabilization support through February 26, 2027.Candidates should demonstrate: Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding. Strong Epic build capabilities versus purely advisory or informatics-focused experience. Ability to manage aggressive timelines and competing priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Proven success supporting complex rebuilds and acquisitions. Ability to quickly understand existing workflows and execute rebuild activities with limited rework.
