The candidate would be joining an established heart program in Vero Beach that will be expanding the perfusion team to 3 perfusionists. Approximate case volumes of 400 cases per year. $150,000-$180,000+ per year based on skills, experience and possible bonus opportunities
Requirements: Candidate must have graduated from an accredited American school and be American Board certified (CCP). Epic is unable to employ foreign perfusionists. We are interested in a long-term relationship ONLY for this position. Candidates should also possess the following: Ability to adapt to a challenging clinical environment. Must possess good communication and troubleshooting skills. Must be able to practice evidence based medicine; also to advise and participate in clinical decisions with a team approach. Experience with blood management and willingness to instruct students is preferred. Must be willing to relocate to Vero Beach, FL or the immediate surrounding area.
