We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to grow into a successful Outside Sales Representative promoting our commercial dishwashing solutions to the local food service and hospitality industry.
Why Join Us? First-Year Earnings: $80,000-$90,000 Second-Year Earnings: $90,000-$100,000
Base Salary: $42,000 + Uncapped Commissions! Company car, phone, and tablet provided. Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility! Full benefits, a pre-tax 401K plan, an employee savings plan, a Profit-Sharing Plan, paid time off, and advancement opportunities.
What You'll Do: Learn how to identify and develop new business opportunities. Prospect, cold call, and visit local restaurants and foodservice businesses. Build lasting customer relationships and close new accounts. Train alongside experienced sales professionals before managing your own territory.
What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills and a competitive, self-motivated mindset. Restaurant, hospitality, bartending, customer service, or sales experience is a plusbut not required.
