About the role
Supporting healthcare dispute resolution workflows, the full-time remote IDR Analyst (State Licensed) will manage dispute cases through the arbitration process, ensuring accurate review, submission, and tracking of claims at both federal and state levels.
Key responsibilities:
Evaluate dispute eligibility and documentation to ensure compliance with federal or state-specific requirements
Research and interpret state regulatory requirements, translating findings into clear instructions for team operations
Monitor shared inboxes and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate case closures Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in revenue cycle operations, claims management, or reimbursement/insurance operations
Experience with medical billing or coding, including familiarity with EOBs and reimbursement codes
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including the use of pivot tables for data tracking
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing documentation and determining next steps
Ability to manage competing deadlines and exercise independent judgment in operational tasks
