Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Collision Body Technician to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship. As a Collision Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to recondition them to Bertera's high standards.

Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate and thorough repairs on damaged vehicle bodies, including but not limited to structural components, panels, and other body parts. Follow repair orders and ensure all work meets Bertera's quality standards and specifications. Utilize appropriate safety equipment and techniques to minimize risk and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate openly to ensure efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction. Use tools and equipment effectively to maximize productivity while maintaining a high standard of work. Document all repairs performed and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Collision Body Technician or similar role in an automotive repair environment. Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and equipment. Ability to understand and execute repair procedures from documentation and diagrams. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to precision in all tasks. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Certifications in auto body repair (I-CAR, ASE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
