Qualifications:
CPA License or J.D. Required (No EAs)5+ years of relevant tax experience at a public accounting firm (preferably a Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm)Experience in one or more of the following areas...Complex Partnership Allocations, Real Estate Industry Issues, Investment Fund Partnerships, Business Acquisitions and Sales, ASC 740 are pluses.
