Lead and mentor developers through regular 1:1s, coaching, technical guidance, and career development support. Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions across products and platforms, balancing scalability, performance, maintainability, and business goals. Lead technical discussions, planning sessions, and solution design reviews across engineering and cross-functional teams.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience building highly performant and scalable web applications. Previous experience leading engineering teams or serving in a technical leadership capacity. Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Type Script, GraphQL, REST APIs, Django, and Python. Culture Fast-moving, collaborative team that values high-quality work, curiosity, and initiative.
