Wirer - Franklin Furnace

Job Duties: Perform final wiring of electrical and electronically controlled components Route, connect, and secure electrical wiring according to specifications Follow electrical diagrams and assembly instructions Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy Use a variety of hand tools, including: Hammers Pliers Screwdrivers Wrenches Air guns Wire strippers Soldering guns Cutters Ratchets Maintain a safe and organized work area Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned

Requirements: Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn electrical assembly skills Ability to learn how to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions Dependable attendance and positive work ethic Previous manufacturing or electrical experience is helpful but not required Physical &
