About the role

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paralegal, Corporate & Securities in Salt Lake City to support governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities compliance. Working with the Deputy General Counsel, you will help manage complex transactions and maintain critical corporate records. This in-house role offers exposure to data rooms, closing documentation, real estate deals, and SEC reporting while collaborating with executives and outside counsel in a fast-paced environment.
