About the role

ABOUT CAMPTEK.AICampTek.ai is an AI-powered Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company built for healthcare providers across the nation. We put AI and intelligent automation at the center of every RCM decision — from claims processing and denial management to coding accuracy and payment integrity — so healthcare finance teams can work faster, recover more revenue, and spend less time on manual rework. By streamlining the revenue cycle for hospitals, health systems, and specialty and subspecialty practices, we help providers get paid faster, operate with confidence, and accelerate care for their patients. We're a fully remote, fast-growing team-building meaningful work at the intersection of AI and healthcare.
ROLE OVERVIEW: As Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will design and build the software that brings CampTek.ai's AI and automation to life — both within our own revenue cycle platform and in custom applications and integrations we deliver for healthcare provider clients. Think work queues and dashboards for revenue cycle teams, AI-powered features, and the APIs that tie together our models, UiPath robots, and client EHR, billing, and clearinghouse systems. This is a senior, high-ownership role. You'll make architecture decisions, own our cloud and DevOps foundation, set engineering standards, and mentor teammates as we grow. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Application & Platform Development·:
  • Design, build, and maintain web applications and services across the stack for CampTek.ai's platform and client engagements.·
  • Build intuitive dashboards, work queues, and reporting that help revenue cycle users act on AI-generated insights.·
  • Lead technical design, code reviews, and engineering standards; mentor other developers.2.
  • AI & Automation Integration·
  • Build LLM-powered features and AI copilots into our applications in partnership with our ML/AI engineers.·
  • Integrate applications with UiPath Orchestrator APIs, Apps, and Action Center so robots, AI, and people work together seamlessly.·
  • Develop secure, well-documented REST APIs that connect our models, automations, and client systems.3.
  • Healthcare Data & Integrations·
  • Build and maintain integrations with EHR/PM platforms and clearinghouses using HL7, FHIR, X12 EDI (835/837/270/271/276/277), and SFTP.·
  • Design and optimize data models and queries for large, sensitive healthcare datasets.·
  • Implement role-based access, audit logging, and encryption to meet HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements.4.
  • DevOps, Cloud & Reliability·
  • Own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and environments across Azure.·
  • Set up monitoring, alerting, and incident response so client-facing systems stay fast and reliable.
QUALIFICATIONS: Required
  • 5+ years of professional full-stack development, including ownership of architecture for production applications.
  • Strong skills across the Microsoft stack (C#/.NET, Azure, SQL Server) and the JavaScript/Python stack (TypeScript, React, Node.js or Python, PostgreSQL), with deep expertise in at least one.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare data standards — HL7, FHIR, and/or X12 EDI — in production integrations.
  • Experience building features on top of LLM or AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock).
  • Experience owning CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, or similar), containers, and cloud monitoring.
  • Experience building HIPAA-compliant applications and implementing strong security controls.
  • Proven ability to mentor developers and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience integrating with UiPath Orchestrator APIs, UiPath Apps, or Action Center.
  • Experience building revenue cycle, claims, or EHR-integrated software.
  • Cloud certifications (Azure Developer/Solutions Architect or AWS Developer/Solutions Architect).
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
  • First 90 days: productive in our codebase and cloud environments; shipping features for the platform and a client project.
  • By month six: owning key services end to end, with CI/CD, monitoring, and code review standards in place.
  • Within your first year: AI and UiPath-integrated features live for clients on a secure, reliable, well-run platform.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
