About the role
Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Recruiter position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be Hybrid. 2 days in office (Tuesday & Thursday) in Centennial, CO. Wednesday is site visit day; Monday & Friday are remote days for a duration of 3 Months with the possibility to be extended. Training Will Be in Orlando the First Week - Expenses Will Be Paid.
Summary:
Our client is looking to redesign and revamp the entire recruitment team in Colorado and needs to bring in individuals who are driven, committed to service, autonomous, and can roll with changes. The Recruiter is responsible for partnering with assigned hiring managers to develop staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and attract talent that supports the organization's mission. This role manages the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including formulating recruitment strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, extending offers, and overseeing onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop strategies to ensure vacancies are kept at facility-specified levels and that new programs are fully staffed for opening dates.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resume reviews, and credentials assessments to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and other incentives, while managing counter-offers as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system.
- Policy Expertise: Develop and maintain knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries. Details:
Required:
1+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources. Understanding of ATS Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in utilizing AI tools High volume recruiting experience Able to work in a fast pace environment Customer service/account management experience Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree. (An equivalent combination of a Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered).
Preferred: Healthcare experience preferredRPO/Agency experience preferred
Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACRHR Certification through HCI or SHRM
