About the role

Schaeffler Group USA invites candidates to apply for its Accelerated Leadership Development Program, a two-year manufacturing leadership track with four rotations across North America. The initial rotation begins in Armada, MI, with a guaranteed permanent role in Armada upon graduation. Participants work with a mentor to build leadership skills, experience production management, quality, and logistics, and are prepared for a Production Leader position after completing all rotations.
