Fork Lift Operators

Job Summary: Experienced Forklift Operator with at least 3 years of recent forklift experience, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be able to pass a forklift skills assessment and safely operate equipment immediately. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and skilled at maneuvering forklifts in tight spaces and high-traffic warehouse environments while maintaining productivity and accuracy. Shifts Available:7:15pm-4:00am Flexible for orientation on first day to work 8:00am to 3:15pmMust be flexible to work up to 2.5 hours of overtime daily and Saturdays to meet workforce demands. Payrate: $18.90/hour Responsibilities Order Fulfillment - Pick, pack, label, and prep orders. Receiving - Verify shipments and note discrepancies. Inventory - Cycle counts and organized stock. Material Handling - Safely use pallet jacks/hand trucks. Quality Checks - Inspect items and report defects. Shipping - Prepare labels/docs and support outbound orders.

Qualifications & Skills: Forklift Experience - Minimum three years' recent forklift experience working in tight warehouse spaces with multiple forklifts operating at a fast pace, making safety, confidence, and skill essential. Drug & Background Clearance - Ability to pass drug screen and background check. Attendance Reliability - Consistent, punctual attendance. Schedule Flexibility - Able to work overtime and some weekends. English Proficiency - Read, write, and speak English for safety. Basic Skills - Basic math and computer competency.
