Job Description:
The Licensed Barber plays a key role in a team environment, delivering quality haircutting, shaving, and beard grooming services to clients. Working full-time hours, the barber expertly manages customer consultations and appointments using a combination of scheduling methods. This position also includes opportunities to earn sales commissions through product sales.
Responsibilities:
Perform haircutting, shaving, and beard grooming services Conduct customer consultations to understand client needs Manage appointment scheduling through multiple methods Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service Promote and sell barber-related products to clients Work collaboratively within a team environment
Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of barbering experience Valid state barber license
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong skills in haircutting, shaving, and beard grooming Customer service expertise with attention to detail Effective communication skills Professional demeanor and work ethic
