About the role

We're partnering with a growing international medical device company to hire a HRBP, US to lead the People function across its largest and fastest-growing employee population. Reporting to the Global Head of People, this role will serve as the senior HR leader for the U.S. business, partnering closely with leadership to drive employee relations, organizational effectiveness, performance management, compliance, compensation & benefits, and overall People strategy. A few highlights: Strategic and hands-on HR leadership role with significant autonomy Partner directly with U.S. leadership on workforce planning, talent, and organizational growth Lead employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, and people operations Help build scalable processes and strengthen manager capability in a high-growth environment Collaborate with global leadership on key People initiatives Lead reginal delivery of US compensation and benefits in line with global reward strategy Maintain appropriate US policies, practices and employee documentation We're seeking an experienced HR leader with 10 years expertise in U.S. federal and multi-state employment law, employee relations, exp supporting field based teams, PEO exp, and business partnering. Ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare, startup or fast scaling organization, Bachelors and hold a SHRM certification. Generous salary, bonus potential, paid benefits. This role is hybrid and in Brentwood, TN.
