🏗️ Senior Building Envelope Consultant | $120K-$180KI’m currently working with a leading building envelope consultancy that is looking to add experienced Senior Consultants / Senior Associates / Building Envelope Consultants to their team.
📍 Locations: California | Seattle | Texas | Colorado💰 Salary: $120,000-$180,000 depending on location and experience This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of complex building enclosure projects, work directly with clients, and play a key role in growing the business.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading building envelope projects from investigation through construction administration
  • Carrying out forensic investigations and condition assessments
  • Conducting design reviews across façades, walls, roofing and waterproofing systems
  • Overseeing enclosure testing and field investigations
  • Developing reports, specifications and construction documentation
  • Managing client relationships, proposals, scopes and project fees
  • Working closely with owners, architects, contractors and other specialists What they’re looking for:
  • 10+ years of building envelope construction and/or consulting experience
  • Background in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management
  • Strong technical knowledge of building enclosure systems and waterproofing
  • Experience with ASTM/AAMA standards and enclosure testing
  • Strong report writing and client-facing skills
  • Experience with construction documents and technical specifications
  • Relevant roofing or building enclosure credentials are a plus
