About the role
- Indexing, researching and applying payments to WWR accounts.
- Manual entry of MICR and/or CARLAR data from received checks into the system.
- Create letters to consumers as required.
- Post Cash payments.
- Process Web payments, debit card payments and post-dated checks.
- Process payments on closed accounts.
- General posting items.
- Ensures proper communication is made to the Legal Department upon receiving any checks allocation to the Legal Department.
- Process check-by-phone payments made through the Consumer Collections business unit.
- Complete all required training applicable to this position
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position
- Other duties, as assigned
- $20.33-24.78/hour or more depending on experience
