Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain machinery used in the production of cabinetry, including but not limited to an edge bander, dowel machine, and potentially a CNC machine (training provided). Ensure machinery is set up correctly, operating efficiently, and producing high-quality products. Monitor machine performance to detect any malfunctions or maintenance needs. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements: Some experience with industrial machinery preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when necessary. Positive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
