Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ monthsIV Process: Video Interview

Time Zone Requirement: Candidate must be in CST or PST only

Required Qualifications: Significant experience leading complex enterprise technology or business transformation projects. Demonstrated experience managing an ERP implementation or a major ERP workstream. Direct experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle ERP, SAP ERP, or a comparable enterprise platform. Experience creating and maintaining detailed project plans, governance materials, status reports, and executive presentations. Practical experience managing delivery through Azure DevOps. Experience coordinating work across business, technology, vendor, and leadership teams. High-risk, issue, dependency, decision, and change-management capabilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities. Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills. Ability to work as an individual contributor and personally own project management deliverables. Experience operating in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment. Demonstrated ability to accept feedback, adjust course, and work collaboratively within an established leadership structure.
