About the role

McGough is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Superintendent, Industrial for on-site leadership on complex projects in Minnesota. You will oversee all electrical field activities, manage crews and subcontractors, enforce safety and code compliance, and drive schedule adherence across critical milestones. The role requires 5–10+ years in electrical trades with supervisory experience, NEC/OSHA knowledge, and applicable licenses.
